Rob Hendrickson

What do a rodeo cowboy and a creative designer have in common? In order to outsmart "the beast", one develops a strategic plan and the other develops creative ideas from a strategic plan. If you happen to be Rob Hendrickson, you have the unique ability to do both. Rob graduated from Fort Hays State University in Kansas, one of only two Universities in the country that offer a program in both rodeo and graphic design.

It's Rob's free-thinking spirit combined with his innate business sense that allows him to approach marketing problems from a creative viewpoint. His good sense of the strategic process and the effect it has on the creative product is evident in his ability to take the marketing plan and translate it into the "big idea".

As Creative Director, Rob's responsibilities are to oversee strategic processes for clients while managing the development of advertising and marketing materials – a perfect assignment for his diverse and creative talent.

In his free time, Rob designs contemporary furniture, writes scripts and develops new products. He lives on a small ranch in Godley, Tx with his wife Jodi and daughter Ollie.

Sandra Johnson

Sandra started Access after a lengthy tenure in broadcast sales and management for Capital Cities/ABC at the top country stations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. It was the experience gained there in working with direct accounts that enabled her to understand the real marketing challenges that companies face today in fiercely competitive environments.

Both in media and at Access, she has worked directly with diverse companies in providing turn-key solutions to their advertising and marketing needs – everything from in-store promotions to event marketing, point-of-purchase materials, media placement, cross promotions and collateral design. Her client history includes Boot Town/Western Warehouse, Justin Boots, Nocona Boots, Tony Lama, Blockbuster, Sony, XM Satellite Radio, Sabre Virtually There – just to name a few.

Having started Access from the ground up, Sandra relates to the day-to-day obstacles clients must overcome in order to stay ahead of the competition. And her determination to succeed is bigger than even her home state of Texas.

Sandra's responsibilities are to oversee all major account activity from strategic planning through implementation – a job in which her experience has provided a solid foundation not only for the agency's growth, but its clients as well.

Sandra spends her spare time digging in the dirt.
